In September 2014, we asked UG customers to fill out a survey so we can get insight into what makes our customers happy, and we feel it is only fair to reveal the findings, and explain how thier participation contributed to the growth of Underground.

Do you like to give group gifts in your store? (We were asking this question to find out how many people were wanting to give group gifts, based on the number of answers, we will be modifying the Tos)

Do you charge for your store group admission? ( we were asking this because we were thinking about allowing group gifts in pay groups only. However since there was such a low % of you charge for your groups, we decided not to make this a requirement.

Do you hire Bloggers to help promote your store items? ( Blogging can be great advertisement for your store. It looks like there is not a lot of you that take advantage of this option to help promote your selves. We are going to start allowing the use of bloggers, provided you don’t give the item to the blogger at full permissions. Blogging is usually best when syndicated onto a larger website, I do recommend utilizing bloggers that are syndicated. This change will be added to the TOS)

Do you participate in events that require you to sell items at a specific price? ( Participants of events of any kind draw in more new customers to your store if they like what they see at events. we want all of our customers to succeed, and realize there are some events that require a price less than the 50L requirement for UG products. We are adding a new section in our TOS to cover events that require a lower price.)

What are your thoughts on Fitted Mesh? ( All I can say is WOW on this one! For now, we are going to hold off on fitted mesh. With the new SL coming next year, mesh may be changing yet again. We are going to continue with standard mesh, but if the new grid requires Fitted Mesh, we will have to learn to adapt)

Also.. Coming soon… You will notice a new icon on vaientine mesh and template ads. This is still in the works, but it will be used to help match similar products with style and colors. For example.. If you like very bright vibrant colors with a Clubwear style, those items will have a special icon on them. Rp items, casual wear, spring/summer Pantone colors…. will have separate icons.. Ect. We will also do our best to fit items of a same catagory to fit well together of easier mixing and matching. When this campaign is in full swing, we will release more detailed information.
