Recently we have come across a handful of people that are selling items from Underground they did not purchase.

We usually try to contact the person to let them correct the situation. And usually.. never get a reply. So we file a DMCA to have the items removed.

Then… after they get served with the DMCA Take down they contact us (angry) and are informing us that they purchased the items on a different account.

This is happening WAY too often!

Underground has a VERY generous Terms of Service. I do realize that 95% of our customers are following the TOS correctly.

But, I am trying to get the word out to everyone..

PLEASE for the love of god.. don’t pass items that you have purchased on one account to another. We don’t know who your alts are, and if we see someone selling something they did not purchase on that account.. what are we supposed to think? We can’t read minds.

This also goes for items won from MM and Luckies. We have all records for gifts.. purchases.. freebies.. everything.. so we know who has purchased what.
